One of the provisions of Medicare is that wherever you travel in the United States your Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement Plan will cover you

Medicare Advantage

At a minimum, you will have urgent care and emergency care. Make sure you confirm that the facility you are going to accepts Medicare.

Medicare Supplement

As long as the facility you are going to accept Medicare, the facility will accept your supplement.  Make sure you confirm that the facility you are going to accepts Medicare.

For both Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans the facility plans must first accept Medicare (Part A and Part B)
