My Premera Medicare Advantage plan experience with Norma and Pat was a God send via my Sister in law who works at Premera Blue Cross. They were able to clearly explain the plans and what would be the best fit for me and my health needs. They had my best interest at heart and as priority number one. I moved to the Seattle area during COVID from Florida. I knew I needed to change my Medicare insurance and didn’t really know where to start and was referred to Pat and Norma. We had no idea how to wade through Medicare. Our situation is a little different as we have two sons with special needs in addition to Medicare for a 65 year old. We did not realize that our sons were eligible for Medicare due to their diagnosis. Pat educated us on this, and it was such a relief to know. Our sons are getting great medical insurance. My husband had recently been diagnosed with dementia and I was now his Power of Attorney when mid -year we were notified that our hospital and medical providers would no longer accept our longtime insurance carrier beginning in January.
